Mailtube is an email marketing system that allows users to send "bulk" email to a subscriber list, that have requested such information.

It is managed through an easy to use online control panel, secured with your own username and password. There is no complex software to buy or install, and it can be done at any internet connected PC - so there is no risk of viruses or other such problems.

The function of Mailtube is to distribute emails to your entire customer list with the ease of writing one single email.

Building Subscribers

Automatically - through your website
You can build your subscriber list through a form on your website which people can complete themselves. It could not be easier to ensure your message reaches your existing customer time and time again. As an example. one Mailtube user averaging 400-700 website visitors a day collected over 210 new subscribers in a single week. No effort was required on their part to collect these email addresses - and now these potential customers will receive our client's newsletters on an ongoing basis...

The Mailtube control panel provides you with code to include on your website, either in a separate page, or integrated into the main site.

Manually
Mailtube's easy to use control panel allows you to enter your customer's details quickly and easily into the system. It takes literally seconds to enter a new subscriber, so for example, you can have 200 new subscribers entered within an hour.

Data Upload
For now customers, we are happy to provide a database upload free of charge. We simply require a copy of your contact database in text, Excel or Access format (we will provide further information about this.)

It is our policy to seek confirmation that the database consists solely of opt-in permission subscribers.

Creating Mailshots

There are two types of emails that can be sent by Mailtube. These are plain text, and HTML emails. You have the choice of which type you wish to send.

Plain text emails
Plain text emails are simple and quick to create. They are composed of simple text, and can include hyperlinks to any page on your website, email addresses or any other web link.

Mailshots can be typed into Word or any other text editor, then easily pasted into Mailtube just like any other application. If you can use a computer keyboard, you can send plain text emails using Mailtube... it's that easy!

HTML rich content emails
HTML emails give you the opportunity to include photos, logos and graphics in your email to create a high impact message. A HTML email is in effect a web page, and the HTML code is simply pasted into the message box.

You can produce HTML emails with basic knowledge of web page design, or with the help of your web designer. If you want us to help you create HTML emails with your photos or graphics we would be happy to help.

Sending Mailshots

Once you have produced your email, you are ready to distribute it.

This is just as easy as writing it. Simply click on the email that you wish to send in the control panel, and click the "Send to subscribers" button. You will be asked to click another button to confirm the transmission, then your campaign is complete.
